29(1)The Council shall send—
(a)a copy of the published proposals, and
(b)such other information as may be prescribed,
to the National Assembly for Wales.
(2)In the case of a community or foundation special school, the Council shall also send the copy and information mentioned in sub-paragraph (1)(a) and (b) to such other persons as may be prescribed.
