As soon as possible after the end of each financial year the Standards Board must publish a report on the discharge of its functions during that year.

The Standards Board must send a copy of each annual report to the Secretary of State who must lay a copy of the report before each House of Parliament.

In this paragraph “financial year” has the meaning given by paragraph 12(3).
