F1 Sch. 1 Pt. 1: by S.I. 2001/2568, Sch. para. 18 it is provided that the entry relating to the “Department of Environment, Transport and the Regions” is repealed and the words “The Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions” inserted at the appropriate place
