9 U.K. In paragraph 17(b) of Schedule 2 to the M1 Northern Ireland Act 1998 (excepted matters), for “the Interception of Communications Act 1985” there shall be substituted “ Chapter I of Part I of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 ”.
