(a)the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1995,

(b)the Scheme made under that Act,

(c)the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/796 (N.I. 1)), and

(d)the Scheme made under that Order,

section 27(1) has no effect in relation to conduct authorised under section 29B.]
