[F1 27ASection 27: criminal injuries compensation for s. 29B conduct U.K.

For the purposes of—

(a) the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1995,

(b) the Scheme made under that Act,

(c) the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/796 (N.I. 1)), and

(d) the Scheme made under that Order,

section 27(1) has no effect in relation to conduct authorised under section 29B.]
