45 U.K. In Part II of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified), the following entries are inserted at the appropriate places—

• “The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority.”;

• “The Gas and Electricity Consumer Council.”;

• “A regional committee of the Gas and Electricity Consumer Council established under section 18(2) of the Utilities Act 2000.”
