in paragraph (a), the reference to an institution within the further education sector is to be construed in accordance with section 91(3) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992,

c

in paragraph (c), “higher education corporation” has the meaning given by section 90(1) of that Act, and

d

in paragraph (e) “college” includes any institution in the nature of a college.

Northern Ireland
