The managers of—
a
a controlled school, voluntary school or grant-maintained integrated school within the meaning of Article 2(2) of the M1Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986, or
b
a pupil referral unit as defined by Article 87(1) of the M2Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.

In sub-paragraph (1) “managers” has the meaning given by Article 2(2) of the M3Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986.
