7E+WIn section 87 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (exclusion of certain descriptions of land or development from a simplified planning zone), in subsection (1), for paragraph (f) there is substituted—
“(f)land within a site of special scientific interest (within the meaning of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981).”.
