1E+WIn this Schedule—

  • an English conservation board” means a conservation board for an area of outstanding natural beauty in England;

  • the relevant order”, in relation to a conservation board, means—

    (a)

    the order under section 86 establishing that board,

    (b)

    any order under that section relating to that board, or

    (c)

    any order made in relation to that board in exercise of the power to amend an order under that section.
