55(1)Section 1 of the Railway Heritage Act 1996 (bodies to which Act applies) is amended as follows.E+W+S
(2)For paragraph (f) substitute—
“(f)the Strategic Rail Authority (“the Authority”);”.
(3)In paragraph (g), for “that Director” substitute “ the Authority ”.
