(a) for “officer” substitute “ authority ”, and

(b) for “Franchising Director” substitute “ Authority ”.

(4) In subsection (11), for “Franchising Director” substitute “ Authority ”.

(5) In the heading before section 55, for “Franchising Director” substitute “ Authority ”.
