11U.K.While an air traffic administration order is in force in relation to an existing licence company anything which the company is permitted or required to do—
(a)by paragraph 3 or 10, or
(b)in consequence of any provision of a scheme,
is effective only if it is done on the company’s behalf by its air traffic administrator.
