In paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Channel Tunnel Act 1987 (application of offence provisions), for “the Railways Board” substitute “ a successor of the British Railways Board within the meaning of the M1Railways Act 1993 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 1999 ”.
