40 (1) Section 135 (concessionary travel) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (6)(a), for “(5)” substitute “ (4) ”.

(3) In subsection (9), for “subsections (4) and (5) above are” substitute “ subsection (4) above is ”.
