Section 150(1) (Crown application) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (a), for “22” substitute “ 22C ”.

In paragraph (b), for “55 to 58, except sections 55(8) and 58(4) and (5);” substitute “ 55(1) to (7) and (9) to (11), sections 56 and 57 and section 58(1) to (3), (6) and (7); ”.
