7(1)The fact that no order has been made under section 57A(3) of the M1Railways Act 1993, as inserted by section 225(1), does not affect the validity of any determination of the amount of a penalty under section 57A.E+W+S
(2)The fact that no order has been made under section 55(7B) of the M2Railways Act 1993, as inserted by section 225(2), does not affect the validity of any determination of the amount of any sum payable in accordance with a final or provisional order.
