In section 54(2) (consecrated land and burial grounds) for “in relation to any land acquired by the CAA” substitute“in relation to any land—

(a)

acquired by the CAA, or

(b)

acquired by a licence holder for purposes connected with the carrying out of the activities authorised by the licence,”.
