18U.K.In section 19 of the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998 (vesting of undertakers’ land by order etc) in the entry relating to statutory undertakers in subsection (10) after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted—
“(ca)a person who holds a licence under Chapter I of Part I of the Transport Act 2000 (air traffic services) to the extent that the person is carrying out activities authorised by the licence,”.
