22 U.K. References in this Schedule to remedying the consequences of a contravention of a Chapter 1 requirement, or a requirement of an enforcement order or an urgent enforcement order, include paying an amount to a person—

(a) by way of compensation for loss or damage suffered by the person, or

(b) in respect of annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety suffered by the person.]
