I1179 Local licensing schemes.

A local licensing scheme may cover the whole or any part of the area of the licensing authority.

A local licensing scheme may only be made if it appears desirable for the purpose of directly or indirectly facilitating the achievement of policies in the licensing authority’s local transport plan.
