Access agreements
231 Review of access charges by Regulator.

In the M1Railways Act 1993, after section 19 insert—
19A Review of access charges by Regulator.
Schedule 4A to this Act (which contains provision about the review of access charges by the Regulator) shall have effect.

After Schedule 4 to that Act insert, as Schedule 4A, the Schedule set out in Schedule 24 to this Act.
