Police Act 1996 (c. 16)
20In paragraph 11(1)(c) of Schedule 2, and paragraph 7(1)(c) of Schedule 2A, to the Police Act 1996 (persons disqualified for being members of police authorities)—
(a)after “disqualification order” there is inserted “or disqualification undertaking”,
(b)after the first mention of “1986” there is inserted “to a disqualification order under Part II of the [S.I. 1989/2404 (N.I. 18).] Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989”.
