The Commission may establish (in addition to the Boundary Committees) any committees which the Commission consider appropriate.

Any committee of the Commission established under sub-paragraph (1) may establish one or more sub-committees.

A person shall not be a member of a committee or sub-committee established under this paragraph unless he is an Electoral Commissioner.
