SCHEDULE 6 Details to be given in donation reports

In this Schedule—

(a)

“quarterly report” means a report required to be prepared by virtue of section 62;

(b)

“weekly report” means a report required to be prepared by virtue of section 63;

and “recordable donation”, in relation to a quarterly or weekly report, means a donation required to be recorded in that report.

(2)

References in this Schedule to a registered party shall, in the case of a party with accounting units, be read as references to the central organisation of the party.
