84 U.K. The Local Government Finance Act 1988 is amended as follows.

85 U.K. In section 74(1)(c) (levies), for “magistrates’ courts committee or probation committee” there is substituted “ or magistrates’ courts committee ”.

86 U.K. In section 117(5)(c) (rates and precepts: abolition), for “magistrates’ courts committee or probation committee” there is substituted “ or magistrates’ courts committee ”.
