45U.K.In Schedule 2 to the M1Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 (official pensions), after paragraph 53 there is inserted—
“53AA pension payable in accordance with regulations under section 7 of the M2Superannuation Act 1972 in respect of service as chairman, chief officer, member or member of the staff of a local probation board established under section 4 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000.”
