11(1)This paragraph applies if paragraph 24 of Schedule 4 to the M1Access to Justice Act 1999 has not come into force before the commencement of this Act.E+W
(2)If this paragraph applies, then until the relevant commencement date section 155(8) of this Act shall have effect as if for the words βan order under section 17(2) of the Access to Justice Act 1999β there were substituted β a contribution order made under section 23 of the M2Legal Aid Act 1988 β.
