Meaning of “the appropriate court” E+W

1 E+W In this Schedule, “the appropriate court”, in relation to an action plan order or reparation order, means a youth court acting for the petty sessions area for the time being named in the order in pursuance of section 69(8) or, as the case may be, 74(4) of this Act.
