45 U.K. In section 119(2) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (unreasonable refusal to deliver pawn), for the words from “section 28” to “that section,” there shall be substituted “ section 148 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (restitution orders) ”.
