Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)
191In section 56 of the Data Protection Act 1998 (prohibition of requirement as to production of certain records), in the Table in subsection (6), in the second column of the entry numbered 2, for “section 53 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933” there shall be substituted “section 92 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000”.
