100U.K.In section 7(1) of the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986 (supplementary provision with respect to offences), for “Section 43 of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “ Section 143 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
