In section 105(6) of the Children Act 1989 (meaning of “ordinary residence”), for “section 7(7)(b) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969” there shall be substituted “ section 63(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
