133U.K.In section 5(4) of the Criminal Procedure (Insanity and Unfitness to Plead) Act 1991 (modifications for cases where accused is not guilty by reason of insanity etc.), for “Section 1A(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “ Section 12(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
