170U.K.In section 17(4) of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 (inadequacy of realisable property), for “section 31 of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “ section 139 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
