Naval Discipline Act 1957 (c. 53) U.K.

18 U.K. In section 42(1A) of the Naval Discipline Act 1957 (civil offences), for “section 2, 3 or 4 of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997” there shall be substituted “ section 109, 110 or 111 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
