In section 4(1) of the Sex Offenders Act 1997 (young sex offenders)—
(a)
in paragraph (f), for “section 53 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933” there shall be substituted “
section 90 or 91 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000
”
; and
(b)
in paragraph (g), for “section 8 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982” there shall be substituted “
section 93 or 94 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000
”
