In section 6(1) of the Sex Offenders Act 1997 (interpretation of Part I), in the definition of “community order”, for “Part I of the Criminal Justice Act 1991” there shall be substituted “ the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
