193 U.K. In section 2 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (sex offender orders), in subsection (9), for “section 1A of the 1973 Act” there shall be substituted “ section 12 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
