In section 8(2) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (power to make parenting orders), as amended by paragraph 26 of Schedule 4 to the M1Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999, for the words from “and to section 4(5) of” to “1999” there shall be substituted “ and to section 19(5) of, and paragraph 13(5) of Schedule 1 to, the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
