47U.K.In section 1 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (rehabilitated persons and spent convictions), in subsection (4), for “section 1C of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “ section 14 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
