In section 7(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (limitations on rehabilitation under that Act), in paragraph (d), for “the Children and Young Persons Act 1969” there shall be substituted “ the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
