97U.K.In section 63A(3B) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (supplementary provision as to samples), for “section 53 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933” there shall be substituted “ section 92 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
