Section 4 of the M1Summary Jurisdiction (Process) Act 1881 (execution of process of English and Welsh courts in Scotland) shall apply to any process issued under—

• F1section 1(7), 1B(3), 1C(4), 13(1), 104(1)F2... above,

• paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 1 to this Act,

• paragraph 3(1), 10(7) or 24(1) of Schedule 3 to this Act,

• paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to this Act,

• paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 7 to this Act, or

• paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 8 to this Act,

as it applies to process issued under the M2Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 by a magistrates’ court.
