For the purpose of any provision of this Part which refers to the FCA's operational objectives, F2the purpose for which the FCA must exercise its functions under Part 8B, or the PRA's objectives in relation to the exercise of a power in relation to a particular person, it does not matter whether there is a relationship between that person and the persons whose interests will be protected by the exercise of the power.
