1 Use of resources for the year ending on 31st March 2002

The use of resources for the service of the year ending on 31st March 2002 is authorised to the amount of £120,926,684,000.

2 Issue out of the Consolidated Fund for the year ending on 31st March 2000

The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and apply to the service of the year ending on 31st March 2000 the sum of £447,616.60.

3 Issue out of the Consolidated Fund for the year ending on 31st March 2001

The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and apply to the service of the year ending on 31st March 2001 the sum of £2,327,637,000.

4 Issue out of the Consolidated Fund for the year ending on 31st March 2002

The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and apply to the service of the year ending on 31st March 2002 the sum of £120,857,218,000.

5 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Consolidated Fund Act 2001.
