The Authority may impose such charges as it considers appropriate in connection with the carrying out of any of its functions.

The Authority shall pay to the Secretary of State all sums received by it (otherwise than under paragraph 14) in the course of, or in connection with, the carrying out of its functions.

Sub-paragraph (2) shall not apply where the Secretary of State so directs.

Any sums received by the Secretary of State under sub-paragraph (2) shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
