13In section 32 of the Local Government Act 2000 (alternative arrangements), in subsection (3), after “Schedule 1” insert “ , any provision made under section 7 of the Health and Social Care Act 2001 or any provisions of section 9 of, and Schedule 1 to, that Act ”.
