SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Applications and minor and consequential amendments

Part 1 U.K. Application of enactments

[F1 9A U.K. Regulation 26 of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 (compensation for seizure and detention) shall apply in relation to the seizure of items under section 50 of this Act in reliance on the power of seizure conferred by regulation 22 of those Regulations, and the retention of products under regulations 22 of those Regulations.]
