Part 1 U.K. Application of enactments

[F1 9A U.K. Regulation 26 of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 (compensation for seizure and detention) shall apply in relation to the seizure of items under section 50 of this Act in reliance on the power of seizure conferred by regulation [F2 22(4)] of those Regulations, and the retention of [F3 those items, as it applies to the seizure and detention of products under regulation 22(4) of those Regulations.]]
